Access
If you are arriving on foot, please be aware that you will need to climb over 60 steps to reach the entrance of the building. As there are no elevators or barrier-free facilities, we recommend taking a taxi (mountain taxi) from Togendai Station. Please be aware of this in advance.
Large Public Bath
Open 24 hours. You can enjoy the natural hot spring at your leisure.
Note: There are separate baths for men and women. The baths are not private and will be shared with other guests, so please be aware. If you book all four rooms at once, the bath can be reserved for exclusive use.
Water Dispensers
Free of charge and available for your use within the building.

Vending Machines
We have vending machines offering food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages.
Check-In
Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, and you can check in at any time after that.
Check-Out
Please check out by 10:00.
Note: Unauthorized late check-out will incur an additional charge of 2,750 yen for every 15 minutes.
Luggage storage before or after your stay is not available.
Cleaning
Since our facility is not a hotel, there is no daily housekeeping service during your stay. If you wish to change linens or towels during your stay, please use the laundry machines available on-site.
Prohibited Activities
- Noisy behavior that disturbs the neighbors (especially late night to early morning) will incur a fine of 33,000 yen.
- Smoking on the premises, including in rooms, on balconies, or in surrounding areas, and littering cigarette butts will incur a fine of 33,000 yen.
- Illegal dumping of garbage near the premises will incur a fine of 33,000 yen.
- Unauthorized exceeding of the number of reserved guests (additional accommodation charges will apply).
- Damage, loss, or removal of any facility items will incur a charge to cover repair or replacement costs.
Submission of guest information
All guests are required to submit the following information.
・Name, address, occupation, nationality
・Passport image
*Please cooperate with us in order to comply with laws related to accommodation.
*Guests residing in Japan are also required to submit a photo ID.
*Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.
*We will take full responsibility for the management of your personal information and will not provide, sell, or share your personal information with any third party. In the unlikely event that we are legally required to do so by the police or other authorities, we may submit your personal information to them.
Other Notes
- Room wear is not provided, so please bring your own.
- For the safety of our guests, security cameras are installed at the building entrance.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- We do not accept bookings from minors staying alone.
- Our facility is located in the natural, lush area of Hakone. As such, there are insects (ants, mantises, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wildlife (wild boar, civet cats, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) in the surrounding area. We hope you will understand and appreciate the natural setting.
